- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪very RUDE, specially SAMUEL....waiting time x ever, he put me in hold and i was able to hear him saying pues i dont care, it doesnt matter. i had to hang up and call back he answer me, i was calling from a dr office since im the receptionist, and had to call in a prescription, he didnt gave me his name, i told him what the patient needed and he just hang up, i had to called back to ask for the name, and again he hang up on me... samuel YOU NEED TO GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.....
